Registration and use of the ok8 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. A User may only create and maintain an Account on the Platform if all of the following conditions are satisfied at all times:

To access the full features of the ok8 Platform, Users must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. During registration, Users are required to provide truthful and current personal information, including their legal full name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
All registration data must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. ok8 reserves the right to request updated information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at its discretion at any other time, ok8 may require a User to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:
ok8 will process KYC submissions in a timely manner. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is complete. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a request may result in Account suspension.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. ok8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where such access results from the User's failure to maintain reasonable security. Users must notify ok8 immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised use of their Account.
ok8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):
ok8 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher limits. Current limits are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of each transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
ok8 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for e-wallet channels during normal operational periods. This is a target and not a guarantee — processing may take longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
ok8 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All accounts and transactions are subject to monitoring for suspicious activity. ok8 reserves the right to freeze funds, suspend accounts, and report unusual activity to relevant authorities where required. Users must not use the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
ok8 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is specified in the individual promotion's terms. A wagering requirement of X10 on a MYR 100 bonus means the Player must place a total of MYR 1,000 in qualifying bets before requesting withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
While Bonus Funds are active in a Player's account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is MYR 250 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings without prior notice.
Different game categories contribute differently to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms:
Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within 14 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to the Player's account. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically at the end of this period and will be removed from the account balance along with any winnings attributable to those funds.
ok8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds, or collusion between Players.
The Birthday Bonus and Refer-a-Friend programme are subject to additional eligibility criteria. Players must hold a verified account in good standing to qualify. Birthday bonuses are credited once per calendar year and require account activity within the preceding 30 days.
A bet or wager is considered placed and binding once it has been accepted by the ok8 system and confirmed to the Player via an on-screen notification or bet slip reference. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details before confirmation. ok8 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the User.
ok8 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after an event's result was already determined; (b) a software or system error caused the bet to be offered at manifestly incorrect odds; (c) the underlying sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement window, or materially altered. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money balance.
Specific rules governing settlement of sports betting markets — including rules for Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UFC, and other covered events — are published in the ok8 Sportsbook Rules section accessible from within the Platform. These rules supplement these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. In the event of any conflict, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail for sports betting matters.
Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be settled as winners for the full payout to apply. If one or more legs are voided, the parlay is recalculated without the voided selection(s). A parlay reduced to a single selection will be settled as a single bet. Minimum odds requirements per leg for Mix Parlay eligibility are stated at the time of bet placement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok8 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or software.
Any unauthorised use of ok8's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok8 shall not be liable to any User for:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ok8 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.
ok8 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a material breach, ok8 may forfeit any bonus balances and, at its discretion, Real Money balances pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request or where no breach is found, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact ok8 support via the on-site live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
ok8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ok8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via on-site notification or email to the address registered on the Player's Account. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok8 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or a Player's use of the Platform shall first be referred to ok8's internal complaints resolution process.
Players who wish to raise a complaint should contact ok8 Customer Support via the on-site live chat or by email in the first instance. ok8 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to the Player's reasonable satisfaction, the matter may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body specified by ok8's operating licence. ok8 will cooperate fully with any such process.
For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not limit or exclude any rights a Player may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
